这篇文章是今年8月黑龙江省中苏综合考察团阿·阿·伊万钦科专家在九三农场所作报告的一部分。文中根据几年来专家在黑龙江流域的调查材料,结合九三农场和嫩江流域的情况,提出了在这个地区和过湿土壤作斗争的宝贵建议。这对东北低湿地区的一些农场很有参考价值。
This article is part of a report made by Arab-Chinese comprehensive inspection team Ah-i-Ivanchin in Heilongjiang Province on August 9 in this year’s August 3 issue. Based on the investigation materials of experts in Heilongjiang River basin over the past few years and based on the situation of Jiu San Farm and Nen River Basin, this paper puts forward some valuable suggestions for fighting over-wet soil in this area. This is a reference to some farms in the northeastern low wetlands.
