高职教育以培养社会需要的应用型人才为主,它与普通高校具有不同的使命。以往的高职英语教学忽视了自身的特点,导致教学效果事倍功半。改变这种现状的方法在于加强英语与“专业任务”的结合,采取多样化的英语练习形式,突出英语教学的实践性。英语教学方法的这种突破会增加学生学习的自主性,同时会实现英语与专业知识的有机结合,推动高职英语教学方式的提升。
Higher vocational education to cultivate the needs of the community of application-oriented talents, it has a different mission with ordinary colleges and universities. The past vocational English teaching neglected its own characteristics, resulting in less effective teaching effectiveness. The way to change this status quo lies in strengthening the combination of English and “professional tasks” and adopting diversified forms of English practice to highlight the practicality of English teaching. This breakthrough in English teaching methods will increase students’ autonomy in learning and at the same time will combine English with professional knowledge and promote the improvement of English teaching in vocational colleges.
