Abstract： Unemployment is a social phenomenon that should be paid close attention to in the current work of people’s livelihood. The emergence and agglomeration of large-scale “new unemployed groups” will inevitably bring certain social risks. At the same time， care and assistance for “new unemployed groups” are also realized. The necessary preparations for the better life of the people in the new era. In the new era， analyzing the dilemma of the development of the spiritual life of the “new unemployed group” is a necessary prerequisite for finding their subjective psychological causes of “difficult employment” and “lazy employment” and helping them to find a feasible path to break through the status quo. This article analyzes the development status of the spiritual life of the “new unemployed group” by summarizing the overview of the new unemployed group and the spiritual life， and points out the way to optimize the dilemma of the spiritual life of the “new unemployed group”.
