对20钢制滚筒及相同材质的试样进行了碳氮共渗、淬火、清洗、回火处理。测定了试样和工件的表面硬度、淬硬层深度和渗层的碳浓度梯度并观察了试样的显微组织。结果表明:试样和工件在试验工艺下,回火前表面硬度值达到66 HRC,淬硬层深度达到0.92 mm,马氏体及残留奥氏体组织级别≤3级,碳浓度由表及里平滑过渡,回火后性能完全达到了技术要求,零件的服役情况良好。
20 steel drum and the same material samples were carbonitriding, quenching, cleaning, tempering. The surface hardness of the sample and the workpiece, the depth of the hardened layer and the carbon concentration gradient of the layer were measured and the microstructure of the sample was observed. The results show that the surface hardness of the sample and the workpiece before tempering reaches 66 HRC, the depth of the hardened layer reaches 0.92 mm, the martensite and retained austenite grade ≤3, the carbon concentration of the sample and the workpiece from the gauge Smooth transition, the performance after tempering fully meet the technical requirements, parts in good condition.
