In the next eight years, the task of comprehensively promoting the reform of the system in China will be extremely arduous and arduous. The comprehensive reform in the future involves many major restructurings in power structure and interest structure. The author suggests that an independent national institution-building and system reform committee be set up. After the 18th CPC National Congress, China is facing a window of opportunity to promote reform and opening up as well as speed up institutional development. The newly elected leaders of the CPC frequently send signals of speeding up the reform process and reform, which can not be stopped. The Central Economic Work Conference also clearly proposed that we should thoroughly study the top-level design and overall plan for deepening economic restructuring in an all-round way, and clarify the timetable and roadmap for the reform.
