For a long time, people are constantly exploring the principle of drug action. With the rapid development of basic theories in molecular biology and biochemistry, this work has been taken one step further. Currently in the field of pharmacology, the concept of receptors has been generally accepted. Receptor theory is of great importance in guiding the search for new drugs and exploring the principles of drug action. Regardless of what role a drug plays in a living organism, it is considered as a result of the rationalization of molecules that have an important function in medicine and living organisms. But in most cases, drugs are thought to work with the macromolecules in the tissue. These components, which bind to the drug, are commonly referred to as receptors. The idea that the drug acts on the receptor began in the early twentieth century and came from two completely different experimental lines. 1906. J.N.Langley continues Claude Bernard to study the South American arrow poisoning, Langley found motor nerve cut off after its denaturation, the chemical Nicotine
