为适应经济发展的要求,金融改革势在必行。金融改革不应完全局限于银行;企业直接融资存在较大的发展空间。本文通过分析投资基金所具有的特点和优点,探讨了我国发展投资基金对化解金融风险,促进经济发展的意义。
In order to meet the requirements of economic development, financial reform is imperative. Financial reform should not be completely limited to banks; there is ample room for development for direct financing of enterprises. By analyzing the characteristics and merits of investment funds, this paper discusses the significance of China’s development investment funds in resolving financial risks and promoting economic development.
