Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has enjoyed sustained and steady growth, and the vast domestic market has made the circulation industry a focus of foreign investment and a must-have market bridgehead. After China’s accession to the WTO, the circulation industry has gradually shifted into a normal and open economy.
