一、前言 134汽车后制动器底板(见图1)是江西汽车底盘厂所生产的主要冲压件,也是汽车冲压件中比较难加工的零件之一。零件不仅形状复杂,而且尺寸精度、形状误差要求比较高,某些地方的圆角半径小于板料厚度,特别是在用塑性较差的A3钢板代替塑性较好的08F钢板的情况下,零件质量更难保证。原先采用落料、冲工艺孔→加热→拉深成形→二次加热→翻边整形→冲孔→修边的热压工艺(见图2),生产效率低,材料消耗大(毛坯经两次加热氧化后,每只损耗近1.5公斤),工作环境污染严重,零件局部变薄严重,侧壁因冷缩而内凹,各阶梯底面不平。
