在我国公路建设资金相对紧缺的现状下,公路收费制度对我国的公路建设和发展起到了积极的推动作用,但同时也产生了一些负面的影响。本文主要对公路收费的合理性和存在的主要问题作一个简要的分析。
Under the relative shortage of funds for highway construction in our country, the highway toll system has played a positive role in promoting the construction and development of the highway in our country, but it also has some negative impacts.
