礼仪教育是高校德育不可忽视的领域,当前要面对的是尊师礼仪的丢失、交往礼仪的淡薄以及道德礼仪的远去等高职大学生文明礼仪修养严重缺失的现状。究其原因,与礼仪知识匮乏,礼仪修养先天不足;社会风气的影响,礼仪修养的提高难成气候;礼仪教学的功利化,阻碍了礼仪修养培养教育的推进等诸多因素相关联。要改变这一局面,就必须强化礼仪教育的德育功能,提高高职大学生的礼仪意识,引导高职大学生陶冶礼仪情感,重视礼仪教学与礼仪实践的关系,排除功利性的干扰,培养学生成为知书达礼的高素质人才,使礼仪教育为塑造优秀的现代公民,全面提升国民的道德素养及积极促进和谐社会的构建发挥重要作用。
Etiquette education is a field that can not be neglected in moral education in colleges and universities. Currently, there is a serious lack of respect for etiquette, loss of respecting etiquette, weakness of etiquette and moral etiquette. The reason is the lack of knowledge of etiquette and the inherent lack of etiquette training. The influence of social ethos and the improvement of etiquette training are difficult to achieve.
