学校艺术特长生在其发展过程中需要采取科学、合理的管理培养方案,运用多样化的教学方式,进一步挖掘学生的个性潜能;要充分尊重学生的个体差异,促使学生的个性得到最大程度的张扬。同时,应让学生形成执着的艺术态度,培养学生的终身爱好,促使学生具有审美素质,从而提升学生艺术品位,完善其艺术人格,为将来的艺术发展打下坚实的基础。
In their development process, the students of art specialty in the university need to adopt a scientific and reasonable management training program to diversify their teaching methods to further explore the individual potential of students. Students should be fully respected for their individual differences to promote their individuality to the greatest extent . At the same time, students should be obsessed with artistic attitude, cultivate students’ lifelong love and promote students’ aesthetic qualities, so as to enhance students’ artistic taste and perfect their artistic personality, laying a solid foundation for future artistic development.
