在建筑设计中,临街商业住宅、办公楼等需要在首层设置宽敞的大空间结构,而在商店、饭店、邮局、旅馆、银行等一些公共建筑上也因为使用功能上的要求,需要在底层设置门厅、食堂会议室等,因此现实生活中我们采用底层框架-抗震墙结构形式。此类结构在抗震理论上讲是一种不合理的结构形式,但限于我国当今的经济发展水平,目前还无法取消,因此在我国广大中西部地区的建筑中仍普遍采用。本文以河南省开封市开封仁和保障性居住小区3#地块52#楼作为工程背景,基于已有的理论设计成果及工程现场返回的实测数据,作出底框计算总结出底部框架-抗震墙结构的层刚比调整的设计方法。
