Minneapolis, the United States, has signed two pre-contract contracts for a light rail project worth 16.8 million U.S. dollars, which is 25.4km long and has 17 stations. It is the southwest light rail line of Minneapolis. AECOM Group will be responsible for the construction of the western section of the line while Kimley-Horn will be responsible for the eastern section of the line. The route will connect Minneapolis and Mitchell and operate in the Mentone, Memphis, Hopkins and suburbs of Eden Prarie and the City West Business Center.
