目的识别与分析某氯化聚乙烯企业生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素,为生产企业职业病危害因素识别分析及控制提供对策与措施。方法采用现场调查、现场检测、综合分析化验等方法进行职业病危害因素的检测与分析。结果该氯化聚乙烯企业作业场所存在的主要职业病危害因素包括氯气、氯化氢、盐酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、粉尘、噪声和高温等,现场检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。结论该生产企业针对职业病危害因素采取了自然通风、机械通风等措施,降低了工作场所职业病危害因素的强度与浓度,建议企业为员工配备个体防护用品并督促正确佩戴,预防职业病的发生。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible hazards of occupational diseases in the production process of some chlorinated polyethylenes and to provide countermeasures and measures for the identification and analysis and control of occupational hazards in manufacturing enterprises. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, on-site testing, comprehensive analysis and testing were used to detect and analyze the occupational hazards. Results The main occupational hazards in the workplace of the chlorinated polyethylene plant include chlorine, hydrogen chloride, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, dust, noise and high temperature. The on-site test results meet the requirements of national sanitary standards. Conclusion The manufacturer adopted measures such as natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation to reduce the risk factors of occupational diseases, and reduced the intensity and concentration of occupational hazards in the workplace. It is suggested that enterprises should equip their employees with personal protective equipment and urge them to wear them correctly to prevent occupational diseases from occurring.
