我厂是一个有50多年历史的老企业,现有职工1100余人,其中设备管理人员(包括技术人员、专职管理人员、兼职管理人员和维修工)134人,占全厂职工总数约12％。近年来我们在进行大规模的设备更新改造的同时,重视加强设备的现代化管理,保证了生产的迅速发展,经济效益指标居全国同行业之前列。在加强设备的现代化管理方面主要做了以下工作。
Our factory is an old enterprise with a history of more than 50 years. It has more than 1,100 employees, including 134 equipment management personnel (including technicians, full-time management personnel, part-time management personnel and maintenance workers), accounting for about 12% of the total number of employees in the whole factory. In recent years, while we are carrying out large-scale equipment renovations, we have also attached great importance to strengthening the modern management of equipment and ensuring the rapid development of production. The economic indicators are among the highest in the industry in the country. The following work was mainly done in strengthening the modern management of equipment.
