I. INTRODUCTION Due to the long-term neglect of a wide range of urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment, China’s water environmental pollution has become quite common and serious. It is imperative to accelerate the construction and improvement of urban sewage treatment systems. Most of our industrial production is concentrated in dozens of major cities along the banks of a small number of rivers, and we generally discharge sewage in the form of multiple discharges. Therefore, in the planning of the urban sewage treatment system, the rational use of the amount of water in the water body should be considered and calculated through self-netting of the water body.
