简要介绍了与国际合作计划有关的用于监测和优化热处理过程的日本智能制造系统虚拟热处理项目。该项目促进了基于数据库加过程模拟知识的计算机优化热处理条件及支持热处理作业决策之虚拟工具的发展。作为日本材料科学学会和日本热处理学会合作活动的一部分,一项基准项目正在进行之中。该项目包括通过采用材料性能的一般数据以及由一些现有的模拟程序所获得的冷却特性来模拟圆柱体、圆盘、圆环以及螺旋齿轮的渗碳淬火过程。作为一项阶段报告报导了部分最新获得的结果。
A brief description of the Japanese virtual manufacturing system virtual heat treatment project related to the International Cooperation Program for monitoring and optimizing the heat treatment process is provided. The project facilitated the computer-optimized heat treatment conditions based on knowledge of database plus process simulation and the development of virtual tools to support decision-making on heat treatment. As part of a collaborative effort between the Japan Society of Materials Science and the Japan Heat Treatment Society, a baseline project is under way. The project includes simulating the carburizing process of cylinders, disks, rings and helical gears by using general data on material properties and the cooling characteristics obtained by some existing simulation programs. As a stage report, some of the most recent results were reported.
