During my study training at the University of Southern California, I learned a lot about the social construction, economic development and regional planning in the United States through a series of lectures, seminars and field trips. This article combined with the inspection situation and some thoughts on the future development of Shenzhen, Nanshan District, Shenzhen International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center to talk about a little superficial understanding. I. Establishing an International Center for Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship is the First Choice for Realizing the Scientific Development in Shenzhen and an Important Measure for Implementing the Strategy of Strengthening the City by Talents. Whether Shenzhen can achieve its new strategic goal under the new situation depends on whether or not it can gather
