当代画坛,多以形胜。以图形复制生活并求形似,谓之『融西画之长』,甚至以西画为标准来挑剔中国画。看黄宾虹的画横竖不舒服,全不见黄氏沉厚拙辣的笔墨境界和高出当代的笔墨功力。这是二十世纪的悲剧,也是『西化』在中国画领域的结果。以笔入画,求笔法,见笔趣,有书意者,当今找不出多少人。在一个重形式的时代,『笔』已经离我们很远了,这正是我们比古人低的根本之处。而青岛画院汪稼华先生的画却让我眼睛一亮,更增强了我对中国画的信心。埋头于中国画艺术的探索者,正于深处下功夫。
