对纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66/壳聚糖多孔复合材料进行了研究。以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)以及氯化钠(NaCl)为造孔剂,通过相转移法结合沥滤法制备出多孔n-HA/PA66/CS复合材料。研究表明,n-HA/PA66/CS复合材料在模拟体液环境中pH值变化范围是7.4~7.65。当PVP:NaCl为1:3时,孔径的变化为100至500μm,总的孔隙率可达到72.4%,开孔率达到56.3%,这将适合于血组织和骨组织的向内生长,并且适合于营养物质的转移,符合骨材料的要求。
Nano-hydroxyapatite / polyamide 66 / chitosan porous composites were studied. Porous n-HA / PA66 / CS composites were prepared by phase transfer method and leaching method using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and sodium chloride (NaCl) as pore former. The results show that the pH value of n-HA / PA66 / CS composite in simulated body fluid environment range from 7.4 to 7.65. When the PVP: NaCl is 1: 3, the pore size changes from 100 to 500 μm, the total porosity can reach 72.4% and the porosity to 56.3%, which will be suitable for ingrowth of blood and bone tissue and is suitable for In the transfer of nutrients, in line with the requirements of bone materials.
