全球气侯变化深刻影响着人类生存和发展,成为当前国际政治经济领域的焦点,实质是事关全社会、各行业的发展问题。电力行业是保障国民经济发展的先行军,在实现节能减排目标,实施能源产业结构调整,转变发展方式,实现低碳发展的进程中,占据着举足轻重的地位。为了实现电力结构优化,转变发展方式,中国华能集团实施“绿色煤电”计划,并联合国内7家能源企业,共同开启了我国煤炭清洁高效利用的新起点。
The global climate change has profoundly affected the survival and development of mankind and has become the focus of the current international political economy. In essence, it is a matter of concern for the development of all social sectors and industries. The power industry is the forerunner to ensure the development of the national economy. It occupies a pivotal position in the realization of energy conservation and emission reduction targets, the adjustment of energy industry structure, the transformation of development mode and the realization of low-carbon development. In order to optimize the power structure and change the mode of development, China Huaneng Group implemented the “Green Coal and Power” plan and united seven domestic energy companies to jointly launch a new starting point for the clean and efficient use of coal in China.
