作为横跨民族学与翻译学的交叉研究领域,我国民族文学文化典籍的翻译研究长期处于近乎空白的边缘学术地带。正是有鉴于此,选定具有代表性的蒙古族文史巨著《蒙古秘史》作为个案,对其英译史、代表译本和英译趋势进行综合考查,以期在研究《蒙古秘史》英译状况的同时引起学界对于民族文学翻译(尤其是外翻)的重视。
As an interdisciplinary field of study between ethnology and translatology, the translation studies of Chinese nationality literary classics have long been in a marginal and marginal academic area.
