《中共中央国务院关于推进价格机制改革的若干意见》(以下简称《若干意见》)是党中央、国务院站在全面深化改革的战略高度对价格工作的系统谋划、总体部署,是当前和今后相当长的一个时期内推进价格改革的纲领性文件。成本监审工作是整个价格工作的有机组成部分,是政府制定和调整价格的重要基础性工作。《若干意见》对成本调查监审工作提出了明确要求,指明了发展方向。本文结合湖北成本监审工作实际,就深入贯彻落实《若干意见》谈几点学习体会。(一)加强成本监审机构和队伍建设《若干意见》明确指出:“在减少政府定价事项的同时,注重做好价格监测预警、成本调查监
