7月6日至9日,国务院国有资产监督管理委员会在大庆召开了中央企业企业文化建设研讨交流会。会议明确了中央企业企业文化建设的总体目标是:力争用3年左右的时间,初步建立起适应改革开放和社会主义市场经济发展要求,符合企业发展战略,遵循文化发展规律,体现员工根本利益,具有各自企业特色的企业文化体系。通过企业文化建设,使企业管理水平进一步提高,员工素质进一步提升,企业形象进一步改善;增强企业凝聚力,激发员工创造力,使企业核心竞争力明显提高;实现企业文化与企业战略的和谐一致,企业发展与员工发展的和谐一致,企业文化优势与竞争优势的和谐一致,为中央企业的改革发展稳定提供切实保障。
