1989年以来,我们对8例膀胱全切,用回肠重建膀胱的病人,应用大网膜包绕代膀胱,充填盆腔死腔。这对预防感染和漏尿,增加代膀胱的储尿量,减少残余尿,取得了较好效果。1 临床资料本组男6例,女2例,年龄28～66岁,膀胱癌7例,巨大平滑肌瘤1例。大网膜经升结肠侧沟转至盆腔5例,经腹腔直抵盆腔3例。大网膜包绕整个代膀胱6例,部分包绕2例。术后耻骨后引流液20ml～40ml,无1例感染。术后半年复查,各例每次尿量均可达到300ml～400ml,无残余尿。

Omental wrap around the entire generation of bladder in 6 cases, partially wrapped in 2 cases. After the puborectal drainage 20ml ~ 40ml, no case of infection. Six months after the review, each case of urine output can reach 300ml ~ 400ml, no residual urine.
