对8名健康不吸烟者,8名健康吸烟者,12例慢性阻塞性肺气肿不吸烟者,7例慢性阻塞性肺气肿吸烟者及5例支气管哮喘不吸烟者用~(131)I-三甲基羟基-间碘-苯二胺(~(131)I-HIPDM)进行肺胺代谢研究。发现在静注~(131)I-HIPDM后1h慢性阻塞性肺气肿吸烟组肺内~(131)IHIPDM滞留高于其他各组;24h健康吸烟组肺内~(131)I-HIPDM滞留高于健康不吸烟组;慢性阻塞性肺气肿吸烟组~(131)I-HIPDM在肺内滞留高于慢性阻塞性肺气肿不吸烟组。结果提示,吸烟是降低肺胺代谢功能的重要因素。
8131 healthy non-smokers, 8 healthy smokers, 12 chronic obstructive emphysema nonsmokers, 7 chronic obstructive emphysema smokers, and 5 bronchial asthma nonsmokers use ~(131)I -Trimethylhydroxy-di-iodo-phenylenediamine (131I-HIPDM) for the study of pulmonary amine metabolism. It was found that 131 IHIPDM in the lungs of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema after intravenous injection of 131I-HIPDM was higher than that in the other groups; Intrapulmonary treatment with 131I-HIPDM was higher in the 24-hour smoking group In the healthy non-smoking group; chronic obstructive emphysema smoking group 131 I-HIPDM retention in the lung was higher than the chronic obstructive emphysema non-smoking group. The results suggest that smoking is an important factor in reducing the metabolic function of pulmonary amines.
