随着科学技术的高速发展,在这经济发展的高速阶段,各种商品进入市场,药品这个特殊商品也随之进入市场。随着药品品种的增多,滥用药品的现象也较严重,就我们石河子地区各大医院和基层医院、门诊在联合用药的选择上就出现了不少不合理的现象。就抗生素药青霉素类而言: 天然青霉素:(如青霉素钠) 对革兰氏阳性菌有效; 对革兰氏阴性菌作用弱。 半合成青霉素:(如氨苄青霉素) 不仅对革兰氏阳性菌有效; 对革兰氏阴性菌也有效。
