目的:开发一套用于药房调剂差错收集和汇总分析的应用软件,从而找出引起差错潜在的根本原因,最终构建一种有科室特色的安全调剂标准流程。方法:基于医院现有的局域网络和系统软件,应用ASP.NET编程语言、MySQL数据库和Dreamweaver为开发工具,设计出医院药房调剂差错监测系统软件。结果:该系统由前台提报界面和后台数据管理分析组成,其中后台管理具备差错各项内容汇总分析及数据库管理等功能,为药房管理决策者提供基础数据,进而找出引起调剂差错潜在的因素并作出防范措施。结论:该系统技术简单,零安装,监测分析实用性强,具有较高的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a set of application software for error collection and aggregation analysis of pharmacy dispensing, so as to find out the underlying root cause of the error and finally to establish a safety standard procedure with departmental characteristics. Methods: Based on the existing local area network and system software of the hospital, the software of ASP monitoring software was designed using ASP.NET programming language, MySQL database and Dreamweaver as development tools. Results: The system consisted of forecourt report interface and backstage data management analysis, in which background management had the functions of summary and analysis of errors, database management and other functions, provided the basic data for pharmacy management decision-makers, and then found out the potential factors And make preventive measures. Conclusion: The system is simple, zero installation, monitoring and analysis of practicality, with high application value.
