四川省县级领导班子建设在干部“四化”方针的指导下;通过全面调整和不断补充、完善,其年龄结构、专业结构、文化素质等方面都有了较大改善、取得了较大成绩,基本情况是好的,工作是适应的。但同时也不同程度地存在着一些问题,其主要问题是不协调、不团结、有“内耗”。
