目的:考察吴茱萸粉末醋调敷豚鼠的体外透皮渗透特性。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体豚鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,通过体外透皮吸收试验,用HPLC检测接收液中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的质量浓度,计算累积透过量、渗透速率,建立渗透曲线方程。结果:茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的透皮吸收速率分别为0.34,0.19μg.cm-2.h-1,24 h累积透过量分别为7.78,4.42μg.cm-2。结论:醋调吴茱萸粉末中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱具有良好的体外透皮释放性能,为吴茱萸经皮吸收制剂的研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the in vitro transdermal permeation characteristics of Evodia rutaecarpa powder-coated guinea pigs. Methods: A modified Franz diffusion cell was used to transdermally release the guinea pig skin from the skin. The transdermal absorption test was conducted in vitro. The concentration of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in the receiving solution was measured by HPLC. The cumulative permeation rate and permeation rate were calculated. Infiltration curve equation. RESULTS: The transdermal absorption rates of carotenoids and rutaecarpine were 0.34, 0.19 μg.cm-2, respectively. The cumulative permeabilities of the two compounds were 7.78 and 4.42 μg · cm-2, respectively. CONCLUSION: Evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Evodia rutaecarpa fruit vinegar have good transdermal delivery in vitro and provide reference for the study of Evodia rutaecarpa percutaneous absorption preparations.
