为了提高选矿效率,减少能源消耗,改善劳动条件,化工矿山设计研究院和向山硫铁矿承担了在向山硫铁矿选矿车间3号磨矿系统进行磨矿分级回路的自动化试验。试验的目的是根据化学矿山的特点,选择国产仪表或试制部分仪表,在较长的运转时间中考查仪表的适用性和可靠性,以及选择适当的磨矿控制方法等。通过几年的实践,取得了成果,并于1985年6月通过了该试验项目的技术鉴定。
In order to improve dressing efficiency, reduce energy consumption and improve working conditions, the Chemical Mining Design and Research Institute and Xiangshan Pyrite Mine undertook the automatic test of grinding and grading circuits in Xiangshan Shairon Iron Mine Dressing Workshop No. 3 grinding system. The purpose of the test is based on the characteristics of chemical mines, choose domestic instrument or trial part of the instrument, in a longer running time to check the applicability and reliability of the instrument, and select the appropriate grinding control methods. After several years of practice, the results have been achieved. In June 1985, the technical appraisal of the pilot project was passed.
