固液分离机是高浓度有机污水处理工程中的关键设备 ,但长期以来一直存在诸多技术质量问题。本文对LW 40 0通用性卧式螺旋沉降离心机进行了定向改制 :内螺旋上增设若干纵向叶片 ;对内螺旋工作面喷涂硬质合金。改进后分离效果和整机寿命均明显提高 ,可作为以酒精废液为代表的工业有机废水处理工程中预处理、消化液 (污泥 )后处理中的专用设备。
Solid-liquid separator is the key equipment in high-concentration organic wastewater treatment project, but there are many technical quality problems for a long time. In this paper, the LW 40 0 universal horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge was oriented modification: the inner spiral to increase the number of longitudinal blades; inner spiral work surface spraying cemented carbide. After the improvement, the separation effect and the whole life of the machine are obviously improved, which can be used as special equipment in pretreatment and digestive liquid (sludge) post-treatment in industrial organic wastewater treatment project represented by alcohol waste liquid.
