放顶煤开采顶煤初次垮落是一个复杂的动力过程,在综放面循环向前推进时,煤体瓦斯渗流场结构发生变化。为探索综放面前方煤体瓦斯压力的分布变化规律,进一步对瓦斯内能进行分析,研究初放期煤岩发生动力灾害的可能性,有效的进行瓦斯综合治理,本文运用AN-SYS10.0的瞬态分析模块对综放面采场附近瓦斯压力进行了模拟分析。研究表明,综放面在推进过程中前方卸压区瓦斯压力变化梯度大,在应力集中区瓦斯压力较高,压力梯度变化小;初放期在工作面前方附近首轮循环放顶煤形成的瓦斯压力梯度比第二轮循环形成的瓦斯压力梯度大;瓦斯膨胀做功有利于突出的发生。
Caving coal top caving mining is the first time a complex dynamic process, when the fully mechanized caving face to promote the cycle, the structure of coal gas seepage field changes. The results show that the gas pressure variation gradient of the pressure relief zone in the fully mechanized top-coal caving face is large during the process of propulsion, and the gas pressure in the stress concentration zone is high, and the pressure gradient changes little. In the initial stage, The gas pressure gradient is larger than the gas pressure gradient formed in the second round of circulation; gas expansion helps to highlight the occurrence of work.
