黑渔沟抽水站,1990年5月18日建成,安装7台口径1.3m 的立式轴流泵,单机出水流量5.5m~3/s,灌田2.7万 ha。经两年运行观察工况良好。抽水站位于辽河左岸滩地,基础土层有可能发生液化,因此,对地基必须采取抗震加固措施。在比较了预制桩、灌注桩,定喷连续板桩基础上,选定钻孔灌注桩作承重桩,定喷连续板桩作封闭桩,防止地基液化喷水冒砂。抽水站底板尺寸为20.0m×41.2m,采用矩形布桩,桩径1m,桩距4m,桩长18m(液化层深12m),承重桩施工程序为:地面钻孔→灌注混凝土→清基→处理桩头。实践证明,这两种地基加固措施工期短、质量可靠、造价低。

Practice has proved that these two kinds of foundation reinforcement measures have a short construction period, reliable quality and low cost.
