本文重点分析了70只家兔在结扎左冠状动脉前降支后出现的即刻心电图变化和其中53只家兔分别在术后饲养1～105天不等时间杀死时所描记的杀死前心电图变化。提出了家兔实验性心前壁急性心肌缺血、损伤及心肌梗塞的判断标准和定位导联的范围。着重描述了70只家兔术后即刻心电改变的定位表现。本文还讨论了I、αVL导联上异常Q波的诊断标准;ST段的测量点;心前导联(Vα、Vc)上出现QS型波的诊断意义以及室壁瘤时,在对应导联上出现持续的ST段抬高的原因。
