采用Ａｖｉｄｉｎ－Ｂｉｏｔｉｎ系统进行了抗人黑色素瘤单抗Ｎｇ７６的９９ｍＴｃ标记，研究了标记条件、方法和标记抗体在荷瘤裸鼠活体内的生物学分布。结果表明，ｐＨ＝８和ＳｎＣｌ２适量时标记效果最好；两步法Ｂ的Ｔ／ＮＴ和ＩＤ％／ｇ值均明显优于两步法Ａ。经Ａｖｉｄｉｎ－Ｂｉｏｔｉｎ系统９９ｍＴｃ标记单抗可用于放射免疫显像。
The 99mTc labeling of anti-human melanoma monoclonal antibody Ng76 was carried out using Avidin-Biotin system. The biological conditions of the labeled nude mice were studied. The results showed that the optimal labeling effect of pH = 8 and SnCl2 was the best. The two-step method B had better T / NT and ID% / g values than the two-step method. 99mTc-labeled monoclonal antibodies via the Avidin-Biotin system can be used for radioimmunoimaging.
