Wang Chuncheng, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1956, member of the Communist Party of China, Shaanxi Qingjian, Yan’an University in July 1979 after graduation assigned to teach at Yulin University. Successively in Northwestern Polytechnical University and Northwestern University, Master of learning major courses; 2005 Northwestern Polytechnical University visiting scholar.
