1992年10月26～31日,来自全国百余家理工高校的学报主编提交了50余篇学术论文,汇聚湖南师范大学参加‘92全国高校自然科学学报主编研讨会。会议期间,代表们以十四大精神为指导,认真讨论和审定了《高校理科学报学术质量评估体系(草案)》,还就高校学报编辑部的管理工作如何适应当前改革开放的新形势及编辑素质分析和提高,进行了广泛而有益的学术探讨与交流。大会组织代表瞻仰了毛泽东、刘少奇等同志
From October 26 to October 31, 1992, more than 50 academic papers were submitted by chief editors of journals from more than 100 colleges and universities of science and technology in the whole country. They gathered in Hunan Normal University to participate in the editor-in-chief seminar of ’92 National Natural Science Journals of Colleges and Universities. During the conference, with the guidance of the 14th CPC National Congress, delegates seriously discussed and finalized the Academic Quality Assessment System for College Journals of Science (draft), and also how the management of editorial department of university journals should adapt to the current situation of reform and opening up and editing Quality analysis and improvement, carried out extensive and useful academic discussion and exchange.
