近几十年来,随着教育制度的不断改革与深化,高职校篮球教学与训练方法的创新与改革也越来越受到人们的重视。篮球作为一种大众性的运动项目,深受人们的喜爱,近年来,我国篮球运动员的实力不容小觑,取得了相当不错的成就。因此,对高职校篮球教学与训练方法的改革也迫在眉睫,本文主要就高职校篮球教学与训练方法进行初步的研究和探讨。
In recent decades, with the constant reform and deepening of the education system, more and more attention has been paid to the innovation and reform of basketball teaching and training methods in higher vocational schools. As a popular sport, basketball is deeply loved by people. In recent years, the strength of basketball players in our country can not be underestimated and has achieved quite good achievements. Therefore, the reform of basketball teaching and training methods in higher vocational schools is imminent. This paper mainly studies and discusses the basketball teaching and training methods in higher vocational schools.
