近年来,透明材料的激光透射焊接成为国内外研究的热点。本研究通过在透明材料界面制备低熔点薄膜来增大透明材料对激光的吸收率,从而实现双透明材料的激光焊接。本文构建了一个3D数值模型,数值模拟结果与实验测试吻合较好。另外,还研究了激光焊接过程中温度场的变化过程,并对进一步研究了激光焊接工艺参数对温度场的影响。
In recent years, the laser transmission welding of transparent materials has become a hot spot at home and abroad. In this study, we prepared the low melting point thin films at the interface of transparent materials to increase the laser absorptivity of the transparent materials, so as to realize the laser welding of the double transparent materials. In this paper, a 3D numerical model is constructed, and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. In addition, the change process of temperature field in laser welding process was studied, and the influence of laser welding process parameters on temperature field was further studied.
