根据输气管道优化设计模型的特点,将其转化为广义几何规划(SGP)的标准形式并求解该模型,以该优化结果为基础,采用SGP灵敏度方法分析了基建投资费、天然气价格、管材性质等设计参数发生变化时最优解的变化情况并与原优化模型重新优化得到的结果加以比较,证明在该三类参数扰动±20%的范围内由SGP灵敏度分析方法获得的最优设计变量满足输气管道工程设计的要求。计算结果表明,最优解对与管径成正比的敷设费、与管道单位重量成正比的敷设费、管材屈服极限这三个参数的变化最敏感;对压缩机站单位功率的年经营费、维护费和设备费这两个参数的变化不敏感,并且前三个参数的扰动对设计变量管径、输送压力的影响较明显,因此在优化设计时必须准确地确定这三个参数,以确保优化设计变量尤其是管径和输送压力的稳定性。
According to the characteristics of gas pipeline optimization design model, this model is transformed into the standard form of generalized geometric programming (SGP) and solved.
