为了探讨铅对神经系统的毒作用机理,我们给大鼠腹腔注射铅后,利用电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱检测大鼠脑组织的氧自由基信号,并测定脑组织的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)。结果表明,铅可引起大鼠脑组织的氧自由基的信号增高,并随着染毒剂量的增加而增高。脂质过氧化的产物(MDA)也随着染毒剂量的增加而升高,呈正剂量-反应关系。提示铅可通过引发脑的氧自由基生成增多,使脑生物膜发生脂质过氧化,引发神经毒性作用。
In order to investigate the toxic mechanism of lead on the nervous system, we detected the oxygen free radical signal in rat brain by electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy after intraperitoneal injection of lead and determined the levels of lipid peroxidation products Malondialdehyde (MDA). The results showed that lead could induce the increase of signal of oxygen free radical in rat brain tissue and increase with the increase of dose. Lipid peroxidation product (MDA) also increased with the dose increased, showing a positive dose-response relationship. Tip lead can lead to increased brain oxygen free radicals, the brain biofilm lipid peroxidation, triggering neurotoxic effect.
