家庭医生签约服务,是当前医改舞台上的一出重头戏。家庭医生承担着居民健康守门人的职责,签约服务不但能让老百姓获益,对促使高素质人才扎根基层,提升基层医疗卫生服务能力也起到了积极的作用。家庭医生签约服务在我国尚处于起步阶段,从各地探索的情况来看,凡是走在前边的地区都有一个共同的特点,就是围绕家庭医生签约服务的支撑体系日益健全,使得家庭医生服务的底气越来越足,签约居民得到的实惠也越来越多。
