MMP-2表达与大鼠动脉粥样硬化和血管钙化的关系及辛伐他汀对其影响

目的 观察基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)随动脉粥样硬化和血管钙化病理变化过程的量效变化,并探讨辛伐他汀对其影响。方法 健康雄性SD大鼠44只,体质量150~200g。随机分为5组:①对照组;②VitD3组;③高脂组;④高脂高钙组;⑤辛伐他汀组。应用免疫组化技术,对动脉粥样硬化大鼠主动脉MMP-2的表达进行测定。结果 高脂高钙组的MMP-2表达高于高脂组(P〈0.05)。辛伐他汀组的MMP-2表达低于高脂高钙组(P〈0.05)。辛伐他汀能抑制主动脉MMP-2的表达,并且随着MMP-2表达程度的降低,主动脉
