The railway industry standard “oil heat exchanger for diesel locomotives” is revised by the “technical conditions of heat exchangers for diesel locomotives” and “test methods of performance of heat exchangers for diesel locomotives”. The function and structure of oil heat exchanger are described. The heat transfer performance and reliability performance of oil heat exchanger are emphatically analyzed. The pilot project and test method of oil heat exchanger are introduced.
