目的了解福州市“健康小屋”建设现状以及存在的相关问题,为科学创建“健康小屋”提出可行的建议与对策。方法结合2015年全民健康生活方式行动国家行动办组织的“健康小屋”现状调查,对福州市“健康小屋”调查数据作统计分析。结果福州市辖区内共有“健康小屋”27家,其中以“健康小屋”命名的有13家(48.15%),建设地点在社区卫生服务中心/乡镇卫生院的有24家(88.89%),占地面积主要在11~20 m2的有14家(51.85%),无独立空间(与其他功能区公用空间)的有8家(29.63%)。经费筹资方式主要由卫生行政部门和医院等其他医疗机构出资,各占44.4%;基础设施投入5万元以下占51.85%,日常运转投入5万元以下占66.67%。85.16%的“健康小屋”均对自身进行宣传,但宣传形式单一,使用人次不高。100%“健康小屋”包含:身高、体质量、腰围、血压和血糖的测量,其他检测仪器配备参差不齐。2014年检测人数最多的为血压,其次为体质量。结论建议对于健康小屋的建设应以政府为先导,加强组织管理,加大经费投入和人员配备。同时结合媒体优势,发动宣传,积极调动广大群众的健康小屋的认知和自我管理的积极性,从而发挥健康小屋在基础医疗服务中的辅助作用。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems in the construction of “health lodge” in Fuzhou and to put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures for the scientific creation of “health lodge”. Methods Based on the survey of “health cabins” organized by the National Action Office of the National Healthy Lifestyle Initiative in 2015, the survey data of “health cabins” in Fuzhou City were statistically analyzed. Results There were totally 27 “health cabins” in Fuzhou, of which 13 (48.15%) were named “health cabins” and 24 were located in community health centers / township hospitals (88.89 %). There are 14 households (51.85%) with land area of 11 ~ 20 m2 and 8 households (29.63%) with no independent space (common space with other functional areas). Funding methods are mainly funded by the health administrative departments and other medical institutions such as hospitals, each accounting for 44.4%; infrastructure investment below 50,000 yuan accounted for 51.85%, daily operation less than 50,000 yuan accounted for 66.67%. 85.16% of “health cabins” propagandized themselves, but the propaganda form was single and the use was not high. 100% “Health Cabin ” contains: height, body mass, waist circumference, blood pressure and blood glucose measurements, other testing equipment is equipped with uneven. The highest number of tests in 2014 was blood pressure, followed by body weight. Conclusion It is suggested that the construction of health lodges should be guided by the government, strengthen the organization and management, increase funding and staffing. At the same time, combining the advantages of the media, launching publicity campaigns and actively mobilizing the enthusiasm of the health lodges of the broad masses of people and self-management, so as to play an auxiliary role in the health care of basic hospices.
