一般,解理断裂应力σ_f~*的测定是借助于Griffiths-Owen对软钢材料V形缺口四点弯曲试样缺口顶端的应力——应变场有限元分析结果。本文研究非软钢材料,如果σ_f~*的计算仍采用对软钢材料的有限元分析结果,那末,屈服强度σ_y、硬化指数n和断裂时的应变ε_f~*对σ_f~*会产生什么样的影响?对于试验中所用的非软钢材料,用本文作者的有限元分析结果,精确测定了解理断裂应力,同时又用Griffirhs-OWen的有限元分析结果计算这种解理断裂应力,将两种结果比较后发现,钢材的韧性越高,它们之间的差别也越大.为此,本文对解理断裂应力测定的影响因素也进行了分析.
In general, cleavage fracture stress σ_f ~ * is determined by means of Griffiths-Owen finite element analysis of the stress-strain field at the top of the notch of a V-notch four-point bend specimen of mild steel. In this paper, the non-mild steel is studied. If the calculation of σ_f ~ * is still based on the finite element analysis of mild steel, what will happen to the yield strength σ_y, hardening index n and fracture ε_f ~ * to σ_f ~ * For the non-mild steel used in the experiment, the stress of cleavage fracture was accurately determined by the finite element analysis of this author, and the stress of cleavage fracture was calculated by the finite element analysis of Griffirhs-OWen. The result of the comparison shows that the higher the toughness of the steel, the greater the difference between them.Therefore, the influencing factors of cleavage and fracture stress analysis are also analyzed in this paper.
