目的:探讨分析超声心动图联合心电图检查对原发性心肌淀粉样变的应用价值。方法:选取惠州市第三人民医院2015年2月至2015年10月收治的90例原发性心肌淀粉样变患者,对采用单一心电图诊断方式与采用超声心动图联合心电图诊断方式进行比较。结果:超声心动图联合心电图对诊断原发性心肌淀粉样变的符合率高于单一心电图诊断符合率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用超声心动图联合心电图检查原发性心肌淀粉样变具有较高符合率,能降低诊断失误率。
Objective: To explore the value of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of primary amyloidosis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with primary amyloidosis who were admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Huizhou from February 2015 to October 2015 were enrolled in this study. Echocardiography combined with ECG was used to compare the diagnostic methods. Results: The coincidence rate of echocardiography and electrocardiogram in diagnosis of primary amyloidosis was higher than that of single electrocardiogram (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The use of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram in detecting primary myocardial amyloidosis has a high coincidence rate, which can reduce the diagnostic error rate.
