卫生系统是一个文化层次较高、技术密集、知识分子相对集中的地方。我县卫生系统现有在职职工700人,其中各类专业技术人员589名,占84.1%;在职党员133人,占19%。其中具有中专(高中)以上文化程度的知识分子党员120名,占在职职工总数的17.1%,占党员总数的90.2%。近10年来共发展党员59名,其中发展知识分子党员57名,占发展总数的96.6%。由于新发展的党员素质较好,分布状况、年龄结构都较合理,使我县卫生系统拥有了一支专业技术过硬、政治思想素质较高的党员队伍,在知识分子群体中形成了中坚力量。我局党组在发展知识分子党员工作中始终注意全面准确掌握中央“坚持标准、保证质量、改善结构、慎重发展”的十六字方针,坚持成熟一个发展一个的原则,充分保证了新党员的质量。我们的主要做法和体会是:
The health system is a place of higher education, technology-intensive and relatively concentrated intellectuals. The county health system currently employs 700 people, of which 589 various types of professional and technical personnel, accounting for 84.1%; serving party members 133, accounting for 19%. In our work of developing Party members of intellectuals, our party and party groups have always paid attention to the principle of fully and accurately grasping the Central Government’s “six principles” of “adhering to standards, ensuring quality, improving structure and prudent development”, adhering to the principle of developing one and fully guaranteeing that new members the quality of.
